Disc slip rings - for limited space conditions

The disc slip rings also called PCB or pancake slip rings were developed for applications with limited installation space. These very flat electrical rotary unions consist of 2 parts, a rotor disc with hard gold-plated contact tracks and a stator disc with special brushes, which were originally designed for military applications. Thanks to these proven contact materials, signals can be transmitted safely and without interference and a long lifetime is guaranteed.
As standard, the pancake slip rings are available with inner diameters from 12.7mm to 50mm and with 1 to 12 circuits. Customer-specific variants can be easily implemented.
