High Power Slip Rings - for high currents

The high power slip rings with through-bore are designed to transfer high power and current up to 1000A from a rotating part to a stationary unit. The electrical rotary joints have integrated bearings and a robust plastic or aluminum housing. They are particularly suitable for applications with rotating electrical connections where high currents need to be transferred in a safely isolated manner, e.g. power supply for heating elements.
Thanks to the unique brush and ring design, the contact pressure of the brushes is optimized. Together with the paired multi-brush contact points, the lifetime is significantly extended and allows the use of these rotary transducers in continuously operating applications and machines.
