The high power slip ring capsules have a very compact design and are very lightweight. They have integrated bearings and a robust housing made of plastic or aluminum. These electrical rotary joints are designed to transmit high current and power up to 20A/240V in a small size. The gold-gold technology used for both the rings and the brushes enables interference-free transmission of signals with high data rates and high frequencies. In addition, a long service life can be guaranteed. These electrical rotary joints have been designed with the optimization of signal transmission, compactness and reliability in mind. Nevertheless, they are very cost-effective. Moreover, these miniature slip rings are available in a wide range of configurations from 3 to 52 circuits. Custom and tailor-made solutions with different cable lengths and assembled connectors are also feasible.
