The HTx25 and HTx36 series encoders set new standards in precise magnetic measurement value acquisition.

Encoders from the HTx25 and HTx36 series
[Translate to English:]

The HTx25 and HTx36 series encoders impress with their high-precision magnetic measurements. Now the encoders can measure movement and position even more accurately: The SSI version now has a resolution of up to 18 bits, while the incremental version will offer up to 20,000 pulses in future.

With the introduction of the optimized HTx models, the range of applications for high-precision encoders has been significantly expanded. Serial HTS encoders are now available in versions with up to 18-bit (singleturn) resolution and incremental HTI encoders in versions with up to 20,000 pulses per revolution. Users can set the number of pulses to their requirements at the factory.

All HTx encoders have a robust aluminum housing and a stainless steel shaft with double ball bearings for high drive speeds. Thanks to the gradient-based evaluation, the encoders are insensitive to temperature fluctuations and EMC effects. We offer HTx encoders in two sizes: HTx36 with 36 mm housing and HTx25 with 25 mm housing.

The HTx36 series encoders are among the most robust encoders with magnetic sensor technology. These encoders are suitable for both simple and heavy-duty applications and are characterized by a particularly high IP protection (up to IP67).

The rotary encoders in the HTx25 series are characterized by their particularly compact design. They were developed for applications in harsh environments with limited installation space, offer IP protection up to IP65 and are also available as a kit version for externally mounted shafts. All HTx encoders are manufactured in Germany.

The HTx encoders are versatile and can be adapted to the respective application even in small quantities.
