Quality meets compactness
There is no better encoder for the HSM14F Hall-effect single-turn encoder than the HSM14F Hall-effect single-turn encoder: with a housing depth of just 6.2 mm, it has an extremely compact design. The high resolution and the long service life of the bearing are further striking features. The encoder is also suitable for applications where additional redundant electronics place additional demands on operational reliability.
The depth of the HSM14F is only 14 mm and the diameter of the housing is only 14 mm. The rotary encoder is an ideal angle sensor for applications where installation space is limited. The HSM14F has a resolution of 12 bits (4096 steps) and an electrical swivel angle of 360 degrees. It is also possible to use rotation angles of 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees to meet individual customer requirements.
The HSM14F Hall effect encoder is mounted using a flange. Thanks to the wide operating temperature range of -40...+105 °C and the IP65 degree of protection, the encoder is also suitable for applications with increased environmental requirements. The service life of the integrated plain bearing is 100 million revolutions, with a maximum actuation time of 400 min-1.
Modification according to customer requirements is also possible if series production is required. For example, PWM inputs, individual input signals, different shaft geometries or cable assemblies can be realized.
