New DSM28 stepper motor with threaded spindle
The new spindle stepper motors offer a 10mm travel distance as standard and are ideal for applications that require a precise pump mechanism used for dosing or analysis.
First shown at Medica (booth 11E10), the PM20 can also be customized to offer different stroke lengths for a minimum order quantity.
With a barrel length of just 20mm and a diameter of 19mm, the PM20 has a stable two-point attachment that allows the shaft to move freely and accurately during use.
By creating linear motion with the rotation of a stepper motor, the PM20 benefits from low-cost open-loop control, making it a cost-effective solution for many applications.
