The Leaf v3 processes an impressive 20,000 messages per second with 50 microsecond timestamp accuracy. It supports the fast CAN FD data protocol with transmission rates of up to 8 Mbps. Power is conveniently supplied via the standard USB type "A" connector, so no external power source is required. With its sleek design and ease of use, this device perfectly meets your vehicle communication needs.
An outstanding feature of the Kvaser Leaf v3 is its silent mode, which allows you to listen to the bus without disturbing it. In addition, the device offers galvanic isolation as standard for increased protection against overvoltages and electric shocks.
Installation is very simple and quick thanks to plug-and-play. You can use the device under Windows (version 7 or higher) as well as Linux. It supports various protocols such as J1939, CANopen, NMEA 2000® or DeviceNet in combination with advanced software from Kvaser's network of Technical Associates.
