Our latest force sensors now offer even more precise measurements thanks to improved electronics. The updated KT705 and KT805 force transducers are equipped with an integrated analog amplifier, which makes complex external signal processing unnecessary.

New electronics for versatile applications

With the new electronics, our force transducers can now also deliver and display negative output voltages when they are actuated in the opposite direction to the intended force direction. This opens a wide range of possible applications, especially for customers who previously had to rely on external amplifiers.

Compact design and easy integration

Despite the additional electronics, our force sensors remain compact and space-saving. The KT705 measures just 68x30x31 mm and both models have a flexible cable with a diameter of just 3.4 mm. This reduces the space required and greatly simplifies cabling

Custom adjustments and test reports

Another highlight is the individual test report that is now included with each of our force sensors. Our customers can also request specific cables and connectors even in small quantities. Bore diameters for power transmission and assembly can be adapted to the specific project.

Wide range of possible uses in industry

Our force transducers KT705 and KT805 are ideal for measuring preload forces in crimping processes in cable assembly as well as for recording press-in and joining forces in assembly processes in industrial production. They are also used in medical technology and fitness equipment. With a cutoff frequency of 1.6 kHz and a response time of 650 µs, they are ideal for fast processing cycles in automation.

KT705: Measurement of nominal forces of 200 N, 500 N and 1 kN, made of aluminum.
KT805: Measurement of nominal forces up to 2 kN and 5 kN, made of nickel-plated steel.

Output signals: 0...10 V / -10...+10 V / 4...20 mA.
